The hotel will take reservations beginning on May 11, 2007.
Particpants can make reservations by calling 831-649-4511 between the hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday
through Friday and 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Saturday. Clearly state that you are with the Ikebana International Conference. If you don't get results e-mail the address below.
Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of 4/11/08 to be eligible for the group rate. Any reservations received after this cut-off date, or when the room block has been filled, will be honored on a space and rate availability basis only. Delegates will ask for the room block “Ikebana Regional Conference” to place reservation.
Amy will need your name, credit card , credit card number and expiry date. Name on card. Type of room, standard or superior and king or two beds in room. Arrival date and departure date.
She will personally give you your confirmation # by return e-mail.

As of today we have American/ American/Eagle, Delta Air Lines/Delta Connection, United/United Express Airlines, US Airways/American West, making connections to and from Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and San Francisco. Monterey Airport is 15 minutes, at most, by taxi from the Portola Hotel where the Conference is taking place. There is no hotel shuttle at the present time. We have very little traffic most times of the day. Getting in and out of Monterey is a pleasure with no long lines or hassels. |
